Welcome...

Unedited shot of a church on the Haarlemmerstraat in Amsterdam. Taken with my Panasonic DMC-FZ8. No editing, no magic tricks, no Photoshop :)

Amsterdam is such a beautiful city, wherever your eye wanders, there are so many old buildings that look the same they did hundreds of years ago, there are so many billions of boats, birds, bikes and babes floating, flying and riding around, that it's sometimes hard to keep your attention on the road ahead of you, often resulting in men flying over the handlebars of their own bikes while admiring some passing beauty :)

My personal favorite time is the early morning, when the streets aren't overcrowded yet (because all the tourist and the lazy people are still sleeping) and the few folks that are on the road already, often know each other from passing each other by each day on the way to work or wherever they're going...I think we should make it a habit to greet everybody we've seen before, and very soon we'd all be friends :)

Almost weekend ;-D
